The Chinese House

Tepui at the Chinese House

Our main restaurant, the Tepui, is located in a carefully restored 1920s Chinese House by the port, 10 minutes from the hotel. The building is an original combination of Chinese architecture (roofs, doors, pillars) and French colonial style (facade, tile floors). It is amongst the very few houses in Phnom Penh that were not modified and remains in its original state.

Gisela, our Venezuelan chef, after graduating in her home country, gained experience in China and France. She now serves fusion food that brings South American and Chinese influences to Cambodian flavors.

We provide complimentary tuk-tuk transportation to the Chinese House, please ask the reception.

Please note that the Chinese House is closed on Mondays.
